Jude Charles wasn’t your typical eight year-old. After reading Jackie’s Robinson’s biography and feeling inspired by his life story, Jude started locking himself in his room to write 100-page books about what his future life would look like, books like The Baseball Life of Jude Charles and The Police Life of Jude Charles. As a child, Jude wrote 11 books in total, a feat most adults could not accomplish.
Fast forward to high school and Jude had an epiphany that would change the course of his life. He took a TV production class and realized he could turn his books into video stories. His teacher, Mrs. Donelly, saw something in him. She recognized Jude was hungry to learn all he could and was an absolute sponge. She went all in and taught him everything she knew about video production.
At the end of the school year, Mrs. Donelly told him he should start a business. The following day, she handed Jude a yellow envelope with a set of business cards with his name. That day, Jude started his video production company.
While the name of Jude’s company has changed over the years, as has his clientele, his passion for telling stories and producing captivating, high-quality videos has not.
Today, Jude runs a video production company that helps entrepreneurs tell their stories via video documentaries that pull back the veil on both their business and the person behind the business.
