What You'll Discover In This Episode:
You’ve heard of AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Grok… but are you actually using them to save time, reduce overwhelm, and grow your business?
AI is transforming how small businesses operate, and those who start learning and leveraging it now will be the ones who work smarter, grow faster, and stay competitive.
But if you’ve been hesitant to dive in — don’t worry. It’s not too late to get on board.
I only started going deep with AI a few months ago, and it’s already helped me streamline systems, make better use of my content, and free up my team to spend more time in their zones of genius.
One of the biggest game-changers for me?
AI's ability to analyze and synthesize massive amounts of data.
I’ve wanted to make better use of my 380+ podcast episodes for years — to identify trends, reuse strong content, and repurpose it for even more value.
But honestly? The manual workload was overwhelming.
Now, thanks to AI, I can slice, track, and leverage that content with ease — and finally use it as the business asset it was meant to be.
AI is no longer optional. It’s a powerful business tool — and it’s well worth learning.
Still not sure?
Here are just some of the ways AI can support your business:
✨ Automate repetitive tasks
✨ Gain deeper insights from your data
✨ Personalize customer experiences
✨ Improve efficiency and productivity
✨ Enhance your customer service
✨ Reduce operational costs
✨ Optimize your marketing efforts
✨ Scale your business more easily
✨ Gain a competitive edge
It’s helped me professionally — and personally.
Back in February, my son Erik got really sick. We saw doctor after doctor, ran labs, did all the “right” things — and kept being told nothing was wrong. But the mama bear in me came out and I just kept pushing for answers.
Out of sheer desperation, I turned to AI.
A member of Rick Mulready’s AI Playbook community had shared a custom ChatGPT they built to analyze symptoms.
I entered everything Erik had been experiencing — and it kicked back a specific list of bloodwork and tests to request.
I took that list to his doctor, advocated hard, and the testing finally revealed that Erik had been battling a bacterial infection for five months.
Once we had the diagnosis, we were able to get him the meds he needed and on the road to recovery.
AI didn’t replace medical care — but it helped me cut through the noise, ask better questions, and advocate for my child when I was running out of options.
That’s when it really hit me: AI isn’t just smart tech. It’s a tool we can use to help us lead better — in business and in life.
And in this week’s podcast episode, I’m talking with Business Coach & The AI Playbook Community Founder Rick Mulready about exactly how small business owners like you can start doing the same — without overwhelm.
