What You'll Discover In This Episode:
Diann Wingert always knew she was different. Growing up she was super sensitive to rejection, blind to time constraints, defaulted to yes, and would go on tangents in conversations like no other. She was also a visionary, solved problems in innovative ways, and was entrepreneurial before she even knew the word.
It wasnāt until her adult years that Diann learned she had Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and it had been affecting her executive functioning her entire life. Diann decided she was not going to let her disorder sabotage her success. Instead, she put in the work to fully accept it, learn everything she could about it, manage it daily, and even use it to her advantage. In spite of being neurodivergent, Diann now runs a successful business and produces a hit weekly podcast. She taught herself how to be productive with ADHD and knows that with the right knowledge, resources, and support, you can too!
In this episode of Productivity Straight Talk, I sit down with Business Strategist, Coach, and Mentor, Diann Wingert, for an in depth conversation about the intersection of ADHD and business ownership, and how she manages it daily
