I am a small business coach, speaker, trainer, and podcast host with over a decade of experience helping successful, busy, business owners take back control of their time, team, business, and life.

As The Productivity Specialist, I have been a speaker and trainer on productivity and time management for Pepsi, Cartier, Fritos, Caesars Entertainment, Marriott, MGM, and many other prestigious companies and organizations. I have also written for HuffPost, Fast Company, Bloomberg Tax, Architectural Digest PRO, and more notable publications.

Outside of business, I am a wife, mom, off-road UTV adventurer, house plant enthusiast, lover of guacamole, and mom to two German Shepherds and two rescue desert tortoises.

Becoming The Productivity Specialist

Before igniting my passion for productivity, I became a licensed real estate agent and completed my bachelor's degree in real estate and business management. I have since acquired 20 years of experience in real estate management, training, and business coaching.

Early in my career, I was surrounded by very talented small business owners who were constantly stressed out and unable to achieve their goals. When I’d ask them why, they’d tell me things like,

I’m so overwhelmed. I don’t know where to start making sense of it all.

I have sooooo many ideas but I don’t have time to do any of them.

My business and life feel out of control and I want it to stop.

I know I need to delegate/outsource but I don’t know where to start or how.

I just want to come up for air. I feel like I'm drowning.

I know I need systems. I just don’t have the time to slow down and create them.

I used to be organized and then my business grew and everything broke. I’m just holding on for the ride and I hate it.

So the question was, why were they feeling like that?

The truth is… even though they were smart and talented… even though they had big dreams and wanted to make an impact on the world… even though they had the same amount of time as people who were achieving far more… their lack of productivity skills was making the multiple responsibilities of running a business too much to handle. They were burning the candle at both ends and as a result, they were feeling discouraged, burnt out, and incapable of enjoying the people and activities that matter most.

Once I discovered the root cause of their challenges and realized I could help, I became passionate about helping small business owners improve their time management and elevate their productivity. My passion grew into a business and The Productivity Specialist was born! I have since taught my clients powerful business strategies to take back control of their business and life and equipped them with the necessary skill sets to achieve their goals and vision of success.
