When I told one of my interior design clients years ago that we had bought a property in Northern Arizona and we were planning on building there eventually, she immediately said something along the lines of, “Oh! then you need to follow Brad at AFT. Like, if I wanted to know what’s going on in Arizona and I had all the money in the world and I wanted to build, that’s where I would go.” So, I took her advice and started following the handle @aft_construction on Instagram which led me to see all the beautiful, high-end luxury homes Brad Leavitt and his general contracting business were building in Arizona.
Fast forward years later. We ended up selling that property for a profit and changed our minds on what state we want to build in. But, I never forgot about the recommendation for AFT Construction. Coincidentally, in 2023 Brad and I both spoke at LuAnn Nigara's conference in Florida. Brad’s unpaid, unrecruited silent sellers were not holding back when it came to raving about his work.
But beyond the breathtaking facades and impeccable finishes, he had clearly built something special. I felt inspired by all that Brad had achieved. I was intrigued to learn about his fascinating journey that had led him to want to create “a finer touch” for clients and open a high-end, luxury construction, general contractor business that now employs 30 people.
