Virtual Assistant

I am currently looking to hire a Part-Time Virtual Assistant to work 10-15 hours per week.

This position will perform advanced, diverse, and confidential administrative duties including but not limited to completing project management tasks, client onboarding, and overseeing client relationships, ongoing communication with clients. It will require broad and comprehensive experience, as well as efficiency, organization, and productivity skills.

  • Have 2+ years experience as a Virtual Assistant
  • Have knowledge of the innerworkings of an online business including CRM systems, sales funnels, and online promotions.
  • Are confident, professional, tech-savvy, and highly proficient in writing.
  • Manage your time effectively and take pride in performing your tasks efficiently.
  • Are highly detail-oriented, skilled at converting verbal directions into actionable tasks, and able to perform your duties with little hand-holding.
  • Possess a positive, get-it-right attitude and are committed to providing unparalleled customer service.
  • Have a proven ability to manage and follow through on multiple tasks and deadline-oriented projects under pressure.

My name is Amber De La Garza and I am The Productivity Specialist based out of Las Vegas! I am a coach, trainer, speaker, writer, and host of the Productivity Straight Talk podcast. I work virtually with driven entrepreneurs to execute actionable solutions to maximize profits, reduce stress, and make time for what matters most. I employ a team of independent contractors who each play a vital role in the success of my business, from CRM management to marketing, and graphic design to podcast production.

Your Specific Duties Will Include:

  • Organizing and maintaining calendars, tasks, and contacts
  • Replying to incoming emails and initiating prompt responses, prioritizing issues to ensure the most critical matters are handled in a timely manner.
  • Marketing my products online via social media platforms.
  • Facilitating day-to-day requests and other critical action items on my behalf.
  • Developing and creating written materials, communications, documentation, and images targeting a variety of audiences.
  • Scheduling and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Conducting business and personal research.
  • Assisting with special projects and events.
  • Working on problems of diverse scope requiring independent judgment to resolve day-to-day issues.
