Amber was amazing to work with. I appreciated her honesty, no-nonsense approach, calm demeanor throughout the coaching process, and objective way of looking at problems and helping me find solutions. She listened closely to everything I said and helped me find themes and the REAL issue causing them. Before I was really struggling with time management, scheduling, and productivity. I was saying no to the wrong things, looking out for everyone else’s needs instead of my needs and the needs of my business. Now I have a much better handle on my workload. I time block which has helped immensely. I have a project management system and SOP’s in the works. I am better able to evaluate situations and respond versus react. I learned how to coach myself through mindset issues (it’s an ongoing battle!!) and I am an all-around better boss.

Working with Amber has been transformative. I reclaimed time for priority tasks and quality time with my kids. I also made major strides in finding my CEO voice which helped me lead my team more effectively and increase my business’ revenue. I owe so much of that growth and success to Amber’s guidance and support. Now that I'm intentionally working ON my business, I have reduced the amount of time I spend IN in my business from 6+ hours each day to less than 8 hours each week! I was the classic over-worked business owner. Coming home late, never finishing projects, pulled in a million directions at once. Fast forward to today – I now have a daily schedule; tasks get done and things don’t drop through the cracks. I spend time each week working on business development rather than chasing my tail to just keep the business running. I delegate better, feel calmer and most importantly – spend time with my wife and my son. Amber has been instrumental in developing systems so I can run and grow the business I want and be the husband and father I promised myself to be. Amber has become an integral part of my team.
